Over the years, Leonardo has demonstrated exemplary leadership in various American multinational corporations as a Global Executive of NCR, Informix Software, PeopleSoft, and Ingram Micro, where he played pivotal roles in shaping corporate strategies and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Leonardo is an astute serial entrepreneur who founded and led multiple successful ventures across diverse sectors.

He established Inventika Solutions in digital marketing, quickly becoming a leader due to its innovative approaches and robust service offerings. 

He launched FixIt Urban Hardware Stores in retail, a chain that redefined hardware shopping in urban settings.

His foray into technology distribution resulted in the AKTIO Group, which has grown substantially under his guidance, achieving revenues of $500 million and establishing a presence in seven countries across the Americas. 

Most recently, he ventured into the mobility industry as Founder and CEO of MAGIIS, an innovative MaaS (Mobility as a Service) platform that promises to transform metropolitan mobility dynamics.
